A collective agreement has been made in AWT Rekultivace

On Wednesday, 15 February 2012, the management of AWT Rekultivace a.s. made a Collective Agreement with both trade unions. It is effective from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2015.
Despite generally known complicated situation in building industry in the Czech Republic, which is the main line of business of the company, the representatives of all contracting parties reached an agreement. It resulted in maintaining the wages level of 2011 for AWT Rekultivace employees. Also, all the labor and social advantages of the Collective Agreement of 2010-2011 are maintained, such as extended holiday, amount of severance pay, stabilization bonuses, anniversary bonuses, extra pay above the legal amount. Thus the Collective Agreement is a result of compromise between the needs of the Company and the interests of its employees.
"I must appreciate that the negotiation with the trade unions was factual and rational. It resulted in maximum possible to the benefit of the Company and its employees as well," closed the Chairman of the Board of AWT Rekultivace Andrzej Santarius.
