More than 4.5 million CZK is bound for training of AWT Rekultivace's employees

In 2011, employees of AWT Rekultivace have a higher chance to increase their professional qualification and get new knowledge or skills. Last year the Company was successful with its application within the Operational Program Human Resources and Employment and thanks to that almost 90 employees will be able to take courses and training in the total value of over 4.5 million crowns. Money from the European Social Fund and state budget will be used to train employees at all levels, starting from the management, through sales people to technicians and specialists.
The goal of this project is to increase adaptability and qualification of employees and thus also the competitive strength of AWT Rekultivace. The Company put together various training programs through which it offers its employees for example leadership courses, courses of effective communication, negotiation, planning and delegating, conflict resolution, customer service and other. The first computer skills training started in January. The whole project should be completed in March 2012.
"In the last few years our Company underwent dynamic development and it now employs twice as many employees than at the beginning of 2010. We have always stressed professional training and development of employees by means of classic training courses. The project within the Operational Program Human Resources and Employment is another opportunity to move the competency of our employees and the Company forward," says Andrzej Santarius, Chairman of the Board of AWT Rekultivace.
The company AWT Rekultivace is engaged mainly in the building and operation of dumping grounds, waste piles and sludge ponds, groundwork performed by means of machines and explosives, special groundwork, demolitions, construction of disposal sites, liquidation of industrial waste including its transport, decontamination of contaminated soil, sanitation of old environmental pollution and recovery of countryside affected by mining activities. It has almost 50 years of experience and roughly 430 employees.
