AWT at the Job Fair Career at Technical University of Ostrava

Also this year AWT took the opportunity to participate in the biggest Job Fair in the Moravian-Silesian Region, which is intended namely for university graduates and students and other job applicants and whose 5^th year was held on 13.3.2012 within the framework of the Career PLUS Project in the new auditorium of VŠB-TU Ostrava. Some 80 prestigious employers took part in the Job Fair, for example OKD, a. s., ArcelorMittal Ostrava,  Vítkovice machinery group,  Evraz Vítkovice steel,  Pilsen steel s. r. o.,  Škoda transportation a. s. or Škoda auto a. s.

At the Fair we encountered highly interested students and during the day we provided information about activities of AWT companies to hundreds of young interested students or almost graduates. They were interested not only in jobs but also in practical training, summer jobs or topics of theses. The AWT stand was visited by those interested in jobs and cooperation not only in the area of transport and logistics but also in the area of economics, marketing, IT or environmental protection. Beside traditional interest of potential employees from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, there were also applicants from exotic countries like Kazakhstan or China, who want to start their careers in the AWT Group, which they perceive as an attractive employer.
